Revista Estilo de Vida

More than a hotel, it is a hospitality atelier

Productivity, passion, emotion and commitment were the stitches with which, six years ago, the Mexican hotel company Atelier began to create its own luxury history.

Through experiences as glamorous as they are authentic, the Atelier and Estudio hotels make the Mexican Caribbean the enclave of handcrafted hospitality; this is confirmed by their combination of immersive technology, their contemporary Mexican-inspired aesthetics, their high-end gourmet accents and their attention to detail, making the luxury nomad’s stay a couture experience.

Atelier and Estudio are the new jewels in the crown of the Atelier de Hoteles firm; both are the workshops where a more experiential concept of world-class hospitality is developed with the all-inclusive accent.
Both are created under the same features that are evident in their rooms, decoration, etc.; the big difference is that Atelier is a hotel exclusively for adults, while Estudio accepts children up to 15 years of age”; explains Vicente Madrigal, commercial director of Atelier de Hoteles.

LUXURY AN ART OF LIFESTYLE

Art, nature and aesthetic sensibility form the shapes of marble and wood inside the 431 suites that, at Atelier Women’s Beach, welcome those seeking a few days of glamour in a sanctuary of relaxed luxury. The only requirements to enjoy every detail tailor-made by Atelier, from the architecture to the amenities, are to be over 16 years of age and to be passionate about tailor-made the lifestyle.

“Atelier’ is a French word that means ‘studio’ or ‘workshop’. We created our hotels by first thinking about what we wanted in them, that is, their services and everything we wanted to offer, and from there we came up with the architectural and design concepts, which makes us a different and unique product,” adds Madrigal.
For its part, Estudio was conceived under a revolutionary concept of family boutique resort, where its 162 suites with areas over 62 m2 welcome families with children, from the youngest ones up to 15 years of age. “We have made great efforts to ensure that children’s activities be differentiated, that they are not only recreational or beach activities, but also include painting workshops, robotics, etc. There is even a small planetarium in the area we call Doodle Camp, where children can let their imagination run wild, “adds the Commercial Director of Atelier de Hoteles.

And to complement its luxurious draping, the hotel duo boasts the most exquisite flavors of haute cuisine in its total of 15 restaurants -nine of them seducing at Atelier, and the other six at Estudio Women’s Beach -, some of which are transformed by the culinary alchemy of Mexican culinary celebrities, such as chef Edgar Núñez.

All in all, these new bets by the hotel company Atelier confirm that, in the hospitality scene, even the simplest yarn makes a difference.

“I do not believe in the luxury according to which I have to be all day long in a tie suit; for me, luxury is the comfort of being where you can be yourself and enjoy what gives you the most comfort as a person, which can be a good view or a good wine”; assures the Mexican, for whom excellent service is non-negotiable when it comes to luxury.
